I've led diverse businesses, from small and complex teams within global organisations to substantial revenue-producing divisions in commercial banks, consistently transforming culture, troubleshooting issues, and delivering substantial returns.

I hold a bachelor degree in French and Italian, an MBA with a specialisation in Innovation and Leadership and am a member of the International Coaching Community, where I'm an internationally accredited coach. Currently, I'm pursuing a Master of Education.
